"The winds and waves are always on the side of the greatest navigators." a Edward Gibbon, English Historian

Leaders look beyond the present situation a' beyond what's to what might be. That's why authority is focused on change. It's why control is action, not a situation.

Developing our authority is also an active process. It starts at the biggest market of our being and develops in numerous directions, each represented by the amazing authority maxims explained in The Leader's Digest. This "hub and spokes" type is the basis for The CLEMMER Group's Leadership Wheel.

Are you tired of being teased by the folks around you that you're not just a great leader? Perhaps you have tried to research about the good leadership?Well, everyone is not created to be a leader but has chance to be a good one. Good leadership is started from your self. To be a chief is not a benefit but it could be the right that people can improve ourselves

My high school classmate is always part of companies and clubs inside our school. She often received the leadership honor through the end of our academic year. She has the potential in leadership. Why? Since she always think about her members wants and needs. She's tight in a time and place. She did what she had promise and primarily she's a God fearing person. Her secrets were asked by our teacher why all her people follow to her but she said that " The best recipe is glorifying God and have a confident that you are able to manage a business. Be honest and do what you have promise."

Leaders also simply take initiative and do what must be performed instead of waiting for "them" to do anything (Chapter 3: Responsibility for Choices).

Leaders are real and lead by obvious case, fostering openness and constant feedback (Chapter 4: Authenticity). Leaders are enthusiastic and develop strong commitment through ownership and participation (Chapter 5: Passion and Commitment).

Leaders cause with heart and induce team or firm spirit (Chapter 6: Spirit and Meaning).

People are grown by leaders through strong teaching and continuous development (Chapter 7: Growing and Developing).

Finally, leaders stimulate people because they build strong teams, helping, and impressive (Chapter 8: Mobilizing and Energizing).

The wheel model provides a metaphor for conditions experienced by a company. Like, in the same way a wheel's weight-bearing capacity depends upon the strength of its hub, so too does the strength of an hub (or core values) determine the weight of the performance and change issues that it is in a position to carry.Leading Resources, Inc. 1812 J Street #2 Sacramento, CA 95811 (916) 325-1190 here's the site
