Publicising Process

Anyone who wants to publicity an activity/course/event, should send an email with the following information to publicity@christchurchchislehurst.org by Tuesday, 6pm:

Short description | We are holding an informal evening for those involved in leading worship and those who are interested in getting involved. The evening will start at 7.30 and will provide an opportunity to learn some new songs (or new ways to do old songs). So we look forward to seeing you with your instruments or voices |
Please note that we are not asking for an image because Dan will we be choosing them. If the deadline is missed, it may still get done but there is no guarantee.
Process
Internal Communication Channels
These are the main communication channels for communicating with members of the congregation:

In theory, anyone who is interested can sign up via the website, in practice most subscribers are members of the congregation. | Michael and Dave take turns writing the Weekly Email which usually happens between Wednesday and Thursday.
