Unprecedented economic progress in Western Australia implies that around 17,800 extra skilled workers is likely to be desperately needed every year for another ten years, in accordance with a study launched today by education and training minister Mark McGowan. Several of those skilled workers should result from Australia immigration.

The Beyond the Resources Boom study was commissioned by their State Training Board (STB), and examines Western Australia's economic growth and the challenges faced by the state's workforce.

Skill shortages are set to keep a feature of the labour market, the report concludes, because of the strength of the aging workforce and the economy. STB chairman Keith Spence said the need will be achieved through the growth of local education initiatives, experienced immigration from interstate and international, and a combination of general population growth.

One of the top performing jobs, in terms of estimated yearly average employment growth between 2016 and 2006, are intermediate mining and construction workers, plumbers, structural construction tradespersons, and mining, construction and related labourers. Need for careers in the construction and mining sectors is extremely large and a downturn is considered impossible.

A number of these professions are on the Australia Skilled Occupation List and people are entitled by the Australia MODL ( Migration Occupations in Demand List ), which obtaining Australian immigration to extra things.

Financial forecasts modelled by the report show there is unlikely to be described as a boom-bust scenario in the small to medium term. This reflects the resource-driven building boom, which can be underpinned by strong growth in demand from China and record asset costs, specially for the state's main ship, iron ore.

Skilled careers currently constitute very nearly 60 percent of the workforce and the report estimates that general demand for higher skills in Western Australia will probably remain constant as a percentage of the economy. Other skilled occupations in demand include professionals, administrators, professionals, associate professionals, tradespersons and related clerical, sales, transport and production workers.Real Property Management 23011 Moulton Pkwy #2 Laguna Hills, CA 92653‎ (949) 600-5243 the guide to real property management orange county
