Not long ago, I spoke with an excellent young lady who has a new invention that she want to market to the planet. Obviously, she already has a day job, but sherrrd like to use this as her ticket from the 9-to-5 world, and help launch her career like a successful venture, innovator, and entrepreneur. I so applaud such desire to flourish in the free-market. I believe that's what makes America great, as there is chance of people who want to do it now, and therefore are prepared to take a risk. Now then when it comes to this for second shall we?
Can someone actually bring a brand new invention to promote if they still have a day job? Yes, I believe they can, there are many success stories of those who have. No, it's not going to be easy, but even if you only spend a few hours a night you can put together quite a decent strategic business plan, focus on your prototype, do the patent searches, and do market studies to learn if what you would like to produce, in case your original thought and concept can actually allow it to be in real life. You may discover that is excellent is your idea, but nobody is really going to buy it, and you are not getting rich selling it.
That's okay, because this study you do in advance and the business planning that you strive to learn, well, these are the first stesp, it doesn't matter what the invention is. Even if this invention doesn't makes sense, i am not saying the next idea won't. What you ought to do is keep your mind going, focused, and never enable your grandiose ideas of optimism try to escape by using it. You need to be systematic in your approach. Of course, this really is my advice towards the young gal who actually includes a great invention, however i can't tell you what it is, it's a secret for the time being.
