For this to work with Office 365, the following components are required:<br />
* a shared inbox: Christ Church Auto Reply (auto@ccchislehurst.org)<br />
* an email template with the response<br />
* a server side rule for the Christ Church Auto Reply (auto@ccchislehurst.org) inbox that replies with the template<br />
* an Exchange transport rule that adds Christ Church Auto Reply (auto@ccchislehurst.org) to all new emails sent to publicity@ccchislehurst.org<br />
