Please follow these step to create a backup (Administrator rights required):
- Log in to the backend.
- Go to Compontents > Akeeba Backup.
- Click on the Backup Now icon.
- Check that Full Backup without large files is selected and then click on the Backup Now button.
- Wait till the progress page has inicated that the backup is complete. This should only take a few minutes.
- Send an email to digital@ccchislehurst.org that the backup has been completed.

- Log in to the 1&1 admin panel.
- Go to Cloud.
- Select Infrastructure > Images.
- Select Create Image and then Create an image
- Select Cloud Server 0 and click on Create
