- Positive
- Attractive and but not glossy
- Diverse (in terms of gender, ethnicity, class, age) and inclusive
- Decent but not aloof
- Simple
- Vibrant
- Inviting
- People-focus, not building or money-focused
- Conversational not broadcasting
